Age verification

You must be aged 18+ to buy most of our products.

It is illegal to buy/sell BB Guns, & Crossbows (including parts that could be used to assemble a crossbow) to anyone below the age of 18.

Age verification is carried out on all customers of such items, before we can dispatch your order. After payment, please follow the steps below:

STEP 1:
We will require proof of age from you.

This must match the name of the person ordering exactly!

If you want the parcel sent to another person, then we would require ID for the recipient, too. ID must be sent in full colour, with all text clearly legible and all four corners visible. You can send a photograph of either:

2.\ Passport, or

3.\ Government issued photo identity card, or

STEP 2:
We may also check and verify your details against other sources, such as the open register.

STEP 3:
Your item will be securely delivered and usually will require a signature upon delivery. For some items, an adults signature will be required - you may need to show the courier your ID.
