Payment:
You can pay with the following methods:

- Clearpay* - Shop Now, Pay in 4 interest-free installments.
Delivery:
We typically use Parcelforce, UPS and Evri as our main couriers. In some cases, we may use alternative couriers to ensure timely delivery based on specific product or delivery requirements.
As a rough guide, delivery costs between £4.99 - £8.99 throughout most of the UK, with increases for Zones 2 & 3. Exact shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping for orders over £500 is FREE to all locations!
Zones:
We operate with three geographical zones:
- Zone 1: England, Wales, and Scotland (excluding highlands & islands)
- Zone 2: Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Zone 3: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and Isles of Scilly
Shipping rates and times may vary by zone.
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland!
Delivery Times:
For most orders, delivery is expected within 1-2 working days and is often received by the next working day. Deliveries to remote locations (Zones 2 and 3) may require slightly more time.
For age-restricted items, please note that dispatch will only occur once age verification has been successfully completed.
Specific Orders:
- Orders Over £30: All orders valued over £30 will be shipped with Parcelforce or UPS.
- Age-Restricted Products: Orders containing age-restricted products will also be sent exclusively with Parcelforce or UPS and will require age verification before dispatch.
Delivery Security and Requirements:
- Insurance: All deliveries are insured against loss.
- Signature or Photograph Upon Delivery: Most deliveries will require either a signature or a photograph upon arrival.
- Adult Signature for Age-Restricted Items: For age-restricted items, an adult signature will be required at the time of delivery. The courier may request photo ID to confirm the recipient’s age.
Business Orders and Bulk Purchases:
Please note: Orders that are identified as business-to-business (B2B) or that contain bulk quantities may require additional processing time before dispatch, particularly if courier scheduling or warehouse coordination is needed. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us before purchase to confirm estimated dispatch and delivery times.
