Refund policy

You can cancel your order, without reason, within 30 days of delivery!

Whatever your reason for returning, please be sure to contact us first and we will provide a return address and instructions to do so. Do not return to any address other than the one we specifically instruct in our emails.

  • In order to qualify for a change of mind return, the buyer is responsible for returning the item(s) to us safely. Everything returned must be in the same condition that it arrived in and no items may be assembled or used in any way.
  • If returning due to the item being delivered damaged or with parts missing, please contact us immediately! Such claims cannot be rectified if we are not notified within a reasonable time after delivery.
  • When returning due to a fault that develops with your item, contact us for more details.

When returning for any reason, please disassemble the item back to how it was received and package it securely for safe return transit, ideally in the original box/packaging. Always include your full name, address and order number in the return, so we know who it's from.

To start a return, just send us an email with subject 'RETURN ORDER', along with your order number and we will arrange it with you. Refunds will typically be made within 7 working days after the item(s) are returned.

Please note, items must be returned within 30 days of your original return request being accepted, unless agreed by us in writing. All refunds are sent back via the original payment method.

Business, Government, Institutional & Bulk Orders:

Please note that returns and refunds do not apply to purchases made by businesses, resellers, institutions, or other non-consumer buyers. These sales are considered business-to-business (B2B) transactions and are final, except where required by law.

Orders may be classified as B2B transactions based on criteria including (but not limited to) quantity, delivery address, buyer details, or intended use. Full terms are detailed in our Terms of Service.
